MISSION:
My mission, for over twenty years, has been to partner with healthcare leaders, primarily in hospitals, to continue to develop their skills, fully engage and support their workforce, and positively transform the patient and family experience.
I have been most fortunate to partner with dedicated leaders and their vibrant workforces in several internationally acclaimed NYC medical centers including New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, Hospital for Special Surgery (nationally ranked #1 for Orthopedics an #3 for Rheumatology by US News World Report) and also Westchester Medical Center, Hudson Valley region's advanced medical care and referral hospital, serving more than 3.5 million adults and children (the simply wonderful Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital.)
It has also been my privilege to serve as a senior healthcare consultant/engagement manager at The Gallup Organization’s world headquarters in Washington DC, where I supported the largest national survey on Well-being in America as well as healthcare and government client research –driven improvement initiatives.
My newest consulting initiative, available in 2017 to organizations and groups, is a Restorative Retreat for healthcare workers – all levels, types, disciplines, professions, roles. Its goal is to restore focus, balance, caring, discipline and energy.
